We know you will be delighted with the purchases you make with us, and do hope you will return again and again. A loyalty discount for returning customers is one way we have of saying "thank you" for being a loyal and valued customer.

Once you have placed your first order, all subsequent orders will be discounted by 10% of the total invoice value (excluding insurance where chosen by overseas buyers). The discount will be issued as a refund to your credit/debit card, via WorldPay. UK buyers who elect to pay by cheque or postal order will be notified at the time of placing their second and subsequent orders of the net amount to send us.

To qualify for the discount, all you have to do is quote your previous order number. This is contained in the e-mail order acknowledgement sent in response to every order received.

Do note, however, that the discount is not transferable, i.e. you may not pass the discount facility to a third party.
